About 20 years in the trade

Palmetto Prestige Stone & Flooring is a remodeling company based in Summerville, SC, owned by Thiago Ferreira dos Santos. Thiago has been working in the trade since 2005, about 20 years. He started out painting, working summers with his father's painting company, and went on to spend about ten years working with countertops.

Today the company remodels bathrooms and kitchens and builds cabinets from scratch when a standard size won't fit. It also handles flooring, painting, carpentry, repairs and outdoor projects across Summerville, Charleston and the islands. The company was formed in 2025.

How we work

  • You talk to the owner. Thiago answers the phone, comes out to see the space and is on site checking every stage of the work.
  • One point of contact. When a project needs another trade, the work still runs through Thiago, and he checks it on site.
  • Clear terms. The scope is set in a written project agreement, and our work carries a 1-year limited workmanship warranty.
  • Licensed and insured. We carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance.
  • English and Portuguese. Thiago speaks both.
