At Palmetto Prestige Stone & Flooring, we provide a wide range of remodeling and home improvement services. Whatever your project, we stand behind our craftsmanship with a 1-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty.
What We Cover. For one year from your project’s completion date, we will repair defects caused by our workmanship at no charge, including the labor and materials needed to correct the covered issue. This coverage applies to the installation, remodeling, and improvement work we perform under your written project agreement.
What Is Not Covered. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper use or maintenance, and problems caused by outside conditions unrelated to our work are not covered. These exclusions do not apply when the problem was caused by our workmanship.
Product defects are subject to any applicable manufacturer’s warranty, separate from our workmanship coverage.
Requesting Warranty Service. Call or text 843-591-5134 during the warranty period with your name, project address, a description of the concern, and photos if available. We will arrange an inspection and schedule covered repairs within a reasonable time.
Please give us an opportunity to inspect the issue before another contractor changes or repairs the affected area.
This warranty applies to the original customer at the original project address. It does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
